I think that's something best saved for tomorrow. Right now, Cordelia is trying to get Severa sleepy and ready for bed; getting her riled up isn't something's she wants to do right now.

What to happen now exactly?

Very nice suggestions! These are all adorable; but I feel like some are still maybe a little too early. I'd like to get to all of these at some point though, as they're all very cute.
Some of these sound very much like things we could do though:

-The cutesie names from Cordelia to Severa will definitely continue; maybe she'll even slip up and call her 'baby' once or twice.

-The bottle feeding thing could definitely be done by the end of the day at least. She doesn't have to flat out admit that she likes it yet, but can admit that it isn't that horrible. Maybe she grows to be more relaxed about it when she's being bottle-fed in Cordelia's lap?

-The food thing is great. We could do that easily tomorrow, and it fits in well with where Severa is in our RP; as well as the fact that Cordelia bought some baby food for her when she was out shopping. We have to get some more fruits and veggies into Severa's diet.

-I was actually thinking about something like that as well. Maybe at Severa's bedtime the night after her nightmare, Cordelia finds her old favorite stuffed animal and offers it to her to help her sleep better. Severa doesn't have to accept it right away, and can even try to use it in secret while still acting like she's too old for the stupid 'baby toy'. I really like that idea. :3

-I think Severa's thumbsucking will have to pick up a little more, but Cordelia will almost certainly pick up some pacifiers on her next run to the baby store. Still maybe just a little too early in the RP, but it can happen soon.

-I think breastfeeding will definitely come into play a bit later in the RP. Cordelia can start taking the drugs tonight though after she puts Severa to bed. We can give the supplements a few days to start working, and by then Severa will probably be at the point where Cordelia may start breastfeeding her.

-I could see her growing slightly more comfortable with using her diapers. Naturally, with Cordelia wanting to cheer her up, affectionate little teases could certainly find their way in.

-The kids shows I could really see happening. Maybe it's still a little too early for her to start legitimately enjoying them, but she could at least find herself getting used to watching them, and maybe even being entertained a little.

-Cordelia already tends to scold her for foul language, but could definitely be less lenient about it.

-I REALLY want that bouncing thing to happen now. :3 That is just too cute, and it really fits in with Severa's current state.

Well, let's see...I'd say Severa is close to getting to the point where I'd say she's about half big-girl and half teen baby; she just tries to repress the other half. So over the course of the next day, maybe we could introduce one or two new 'baby' elements to it? We've already worked out that Cordelia will start rocking her to sleep the next day in the RP...What else could we do? I'm assuming we won't start building the crib for another few days.

BTW, do you want to do a small timeskip over Cordelia's history lesson?
