Though to be honest, I was thinking of starting with Noire taking care of Plutia in her basilicom and then have that scene where Plutia finds the memory as part of a flashback scene a bit into the RP. It helps solve the issue of needing a timeskip in order to skip all the boring work involved with starting a nation if we start past that point.

And on that point, you didn't say how much you want Plutia to be babyfied by the memory. I'd like to know at least before starting so that I know how much Noire will be needing to do for her sake.

Noire isn't a CPU at the start of the RP, though I'm debating on if she should during the course of the RP or not. And I'm sure we'll bring the other CPUs in eventually, in the same state Plutia is in as well, but at the start I just think the focus is best served being mainly on Plutia and Noire.

And as for Iris Heart being full sadist, if you have no issues with it if you don't. I think though lets not have her get too much into that to make it uncomfortable for either of us. So she should have her sadist dom energy to her still but lets not do anything wild like sex scenes or the like, that sort of controlled. So more like how she was in the anime than Re;Birth 3 with how Iris Heart was more subdued in her sadist trait there. Even still, I'd imagine that she'd enjoy getting Noire flustered and asserting her dominance over her when she's Iris Heart.

And yes, you're right on that. That's basically how it goes in the Ultradimension.

Well for the rough idea for the plot I have as for right now is that it'll take place in another dimension that's mostly a copy of the Ultradimension, but is on its own and never got connected with Hyperdimension. There CPU Memories have a little adjustment to how they work, so that it pushes out the childishness of the newly made CPUs in various ways in addition to giving them their goddess form. One of said adjustments is that the new CPU loses her potty training so that they have to wear diapers in both forms. What other things may result from it is something we can hash out before starting the RP.

Anyway, the RP would start with both Plutia and Noire as they're not goddesses yet. The two would be on a trip to just have fun, though Plutia finds a CPU Memory somewhere and eats it and gains her Iris Heart form from it. Once Noire finds out what happened and knowing that Plutia's going to need help not only running her nation but also taking care of herself, the two start to build up Plutia's nation.

As for how Iris Heart is going to be like, I was thinking that she'd mostly be like she normally is in that form though I'm not opposed to her personally being made much softer due the babyish influence of the CPU Memory if you'd rather have her not be so sadist instead. And of course, I'll be glad to hear if you want to change anything about my rough draft idea and work with you on it.

Well in that case, I want to ask if you'd be okay with Plutia being in diapers? And since you'd be the one most likely to play her in that case, it'd be important to see how you feel about her due to how she is after she transforms. Due to situations on my end, I've never had a chance to have her be the one in diapers and I think she'd be interesting to see how that would work out.

If that won't work, then I think I can come up with something involving Noire, Blanc, or Vert instead.

Then I don't mind being the top-akin role for this RP. Also since you actually know about Neptunia and even considered doing one of it before, why not do that? Though it'd help me to know which games/anime of it you have gone through just so I''m aware of what's open to use as part of making an idea for the overall plot of the RP (I've played and finished almost all of the games, so that won't be a problem on my side).

I also admit that I'm fairly picky these days on what I do. Neptunia is a bit of my passion so that one actually something I will leap to the top of the list if you happen to know it. Otherwise, I might be okay with an OC one, if I can get an idea that I'd like behind it. And for right about now, that's about it.
