Well at some point the girls just start referring to her as team mom, or just Mom. Momo, being a sheltered rich girl, doesn't really get this and starts taking it a bit too seriously.

In this version, of their universe, in addition to her normal lipid consumption, over use of her quirk has some added effects, generally effects that end up in the back of her panties or running down her leg. So she's pretty used to the idea of hero's wearing diapers, and kind of starts pushing it on to her new "daughters" when they go overboard
