Basically, Azula shocks Ty-Lee, causing her to only have the motor skills to move around, and causing her to be incontinent, and Mai starts to really like babying her. My idea was that it either happens during the show, with Azula and Mai babying her a bit more cruelly, or after, where she become's Mai's royal baby, despite Zuko finding it a bit weird, and Ty-Lee not being fully into it.
