"all rightee dydee sora....now that we have you on the changing table, next we'll softly restrain you so you can't wiggle off."

Julie secured the fleece lined restraining strap over sora's tummy, enough to hold her securely in place were she to get explorative and fall off searching for the mystery of the cosmos.
"first we get two nice fluffy thick cloth diapers put together to slip under your bottom.
"next we unsnap these convenient crotch snaps on your favorite pink and white footie PJ's
then we'll remove these soggy diapers."
Julie put the diaper pins in a bar of soap nearby and used the front to clean the baby girl's crotch and bottom. lifting up her legs enough to slip the clean diapers under her bottom and remove the used diapers she tossed them in the diaper pail (since it was a high grade diaper fabric from Chinese looms.) Julie only liked cloth diapers for environmental reasons but also because they gave the little girl the fluffy softness and cuddly comfort she so well deserved.
"next, little sweetie, we gently cleanse the entire diaper area with baby wipes being careful to include all the creases and folds that could be irritated if not cleansed properly. gentle dabbings working front to back, using as many to do the job efficiently."
"next comes a special joy of mine, diaper cream and baby powder to make you all fresh, silky soft and fragrantly pure and sweet. applying the coolness of the cream to that cute little bottom of yous, lovingly spreading it all around with two or three fingers rubbing it in including the crotch area the thighs and hips which could be vulnerable to rash and soreness if we didn't protect it as well. now comes the scent of pure innocence that a mommy or any good caregiver loves....the baby powder."
keeping her legs lifted to powder her bottom and the clean diaper it was to be pinned in, she was satisfied the baby girl was powdered properly. then came the powdering of her crotch and front of her diaper area. applying the silky coolness in sufficient amounts she reached over to grab two of the cutest yellow and white diaper pins and held them in her mouth while pulling up the front of her diaper between sora's legs and making sure it was sufficiently laying flat on her reaching just below her belly button.
"now sora baby, comes the diaper pinning." Julie winked playfull at the baby girl ensuring she would be securely pinned when Julie got done with her.holding the left corners together with her left hand she took one ducky diaper pin out of her mouth and used two fingers between the diapers and sora's tummy to make sure Julie wouldn't stick her. having soap on the pin part made them slide in and thru the fabric so easily she snapped it shut.
she did exactly the same pinning the right corner ends of sora's diapers and was satisfied the baby girl had sufficient diaper coverage where it was needed most.
"know what's next little sweetie? yup, you guessed it" seeing sora nodding yes, "your baby panties! and these are so cute and fashionable, you could walk any modeling runway between New York, Paris, or London and get oooohhhhs, and ahhhhhss and applause from an adoring audience."
Julie fluffed out the panties so sora could have a good look of what she was describing, and to hear that sweet crinkle sound as they were fluffed open. they were pink with lavender flower prints, and pinked lacey edges of lavender with a little white ruffle just where the leg hems and waist band were. sora was going to be a ravishingly adorable baby girl once Julie got done with her.
Julie slipped the panties down sora's legs and gave her a little lift to slip them under her bottom up to her back, then made sure she had a snug fit on all the leg and tummy hems. the elastic was very softly lined so as not to cause chaffing to sora's tender skin.
"now that is what i'd call a properly diapered baby girl sora!" Julie clapped her hands with glee having accomplished her goal.
"oh but there's more. now we re-snap your crotch snaps to close up and protect our labor of love!" Julie winked playfully at sora sweetly smiling snapping the last crotch snap then gave her a little tummy tickle so the baby girl knew she was lovingly cared for and that Julie thoroughly enjoyed each and every step.
Julie undid the changing table restraint strap and took her in her arms, holding her head over her shoulder and gave steady pats to her newly diapered bottom, hearing the ensuring crackling sound of her baby panties with each pat. then she cradled her in her arms, giving a little eskimo kissee. "now little sweetie, are we a happy baby girl now?"

tickles sora's tummy to see if she's a corpse or a live kicking, wigglee baby girl in dire need of a diaper change.

I don't want to make this difficult but how do charges work?

oh, i thought you meant the other little sweetie i'm changing in the RP...you mean change you right here? in front of all these people running in and out?
