True but its a canon thing that the gobins have it where the magical world can get their money changed to muggle money aswell as the muggleborns exchanging muggle money for wizarding money,plus its a canon thing you got devices the pureblood magicals altered for their own uses that muggles invented . That's why I believe Lucius would have atleast used some lackey that knows good business praticies on money making and knowledge on muggles to get his familys wealth increased via the money exchange when say some business set up is worked up making good money in the muggle world. Same with using Lackeys for knowedgle gathering and maybe get somethings from the muggle world for his family via the lackey. I mean I believe Lucious does have a businesslike mindset in someways as he seems to be the type to want to keep money flowing into his familys vaults at a increasing rate if he can while also understanding the need for money to keep coming in . Plus there is the fact I believe he'd want things easier for his wife atleast for childcare when they had to leave the manor

As for Arthur weasley matter I hate to say it but I'm sorta with a lot of the purebloods that dislike the Weasley family but my reason is the Weasleys even in the first book and onward seem to be to a degree idiots compared to a lot of people ,I mean come on prime example is like in the first book where Ms Weasley is being stupidly loud about the magical world while in the muggle side of the train station. Sure you can argue that either most people wouldn't pay them much mind while there or that there is some spell used to screw with none muggles to hear something else or not hear them at all,but still its a foolish thing to do as no spell is foolproof . Its also shown not all purebloods are as ignorant of the muggle world as Arthur even ones that don't interact with it much if at all has shown more knowledge then others who do venture their commonly enough. Its a case by case matter really

On a side note I was thinking on despite how atleast the UK purebloods see muggles I can still envision both the good and bad purebloods seeing how useful and such Muggle inventions are in general, For example of this and given the rp theme we are discussing at this time so like disposable diapers ,baby powder, baby wipes, baby formula and varies other infant based products among other older targeted products could be viewed as a good thing.

Now let me say this I went through some stuff of mine I had got or archived when I was more into the Harry Potter Fandom so if you aren't aware those are valid examples as in canon I know we go up to atleast the late 1990's as the books and I believe the movies never exactly state a date but combine it with the muggle tech seen, talked about , the supplementary stuff put out for the fandom and even the Authors words have made it clear the muggle world is atleast in the late 1990's and can be even in some point of the of the 2000's as given for sure we only really know what some muggles have tech wise not if its common tech for familys to have at this point or not

Also I see the Malfoys as one of the most progressive in how they handle themselves in the muggle world I can even see them among the most knowledgeable and accepting of Muggle inventions, devices and of the varies fields of knowledge muggles have. I mean with how smart Lucas seems to be in general I believe he would be the type of extremist in his beliefs that still knows the merit of everything of those he is against both for the good reasoning and also for a 'know the enemy' standpoint. Lets not forget Lucas seems like a Business man type of guy so I could see him also having his claws in muggle businesses in a businessman sense so as to further his familys wealth

Well I will say I always like the take I've seen in Fanfiction where she believes in the importance of blood purity and other things related to it ,yet she didn't agree with the extremes taken with Voldemort and his followers as when how far those people would go showed its head on how far they'd take it ,yet she seen the risks she'd be putting on those she cared about if she spoke up so she went along with even the stuff she wasn't okay with up till she had to take measures to ensure atleast her son is protected even if it ends with her death for opposing Voldemort if the truth is found out on her lying to the guy.

I thought so on Draco myself ,maybe we can go with Draco seeing how purebloods who wasn't with Voldemort is getting treated now further disillusioning him but he knows he can't do much so he does what he can to help Luna to a degree and can even side with his mother on treating Luna like a child as he sees it as better then what Luna has been getting treated sense being handed over, Maybe even a sorta of sibling bond could form over this with Drako being obviously like a older brother.

True enough on your views on how the Malfoy's aren't sadistic compared to a lot of the other characters . So I'd believe Narcissa would be in charge of everything involving Luna when the babying starts not just because Luna is female and seeing as yet again how the UK magical world seems stuck in the past most would view childcare in general as the females role/duty unless the male is practically the only one who can for some reason . So even punishments in this case would be Narcissa's duty

Just got to ask these things as I forgot if they are a canon thing or a fanon thing and those questions are this ; Was Narcissa okay with Voldermort and what he was doing in general in the series or was she against what Voldermort was doing in general but didn't speak up on the matter? Was Draco in truth believing all the shit Voldermort spouting or was in truth scared of Voldermort and joined him out of a type of fear? I ask these things as depending what is said or what you prefer on them portrayed as can help shape the reasons Luna was treated better then Tonks as not just Lunas blood status and what others assumed.
