No they are similar in the fact they make you mess Laxatives is a drug that makes you need to go poop that you take orally … Suppositorys are a drug that you take rectally .. while enamas are used to inject water strait into the bowels to make you need to go last I looked into enamas the most common two forms is plain water ejected or a Saline soluation(saline is commonly known as salt ) but there is other mixtures used too for making a person go

Humm odd suggestions I wanna toss your way on Hinata, How do you feel about when Sakura is padded and when Hinata deems Sakura needs spanked pickes her up by her diaper to swing in place ike a pendulum for a bit before spanking her? I can easily see Hinata able to for two reasons Hinata takes her training seriously and Sakura in canon for awhile was big on dieting ...So those factors combined would make Sakura easy to pick up... Maybe its so easy Hinata even decides to fatten Sakura up from her weighing so little

My other suggestion is seeing as Hinatas clan Justu is said to be able to be very damaging if skilled enough what if Hinata uses it to mess with Sakuras body at a point ?
