Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Do you think Rukia and Ichigo should go home soon. There isn't much left for them to do? I mean maybe they could join in on a game but I like that Toshiro is being extra clingy with Rangiku since he wasn't with her before.
Since we were talking about Unohana fighting here's something from a recent interview with Kubo:
Question: Unohana will finally fight?
Kubo: In the next arc, I’ve decided that Unohana will enter the battlefiled. Her zanpakuto’s true form will also be revealed. I can also add that when Unohana fights, she unravels her large braid.
I like that it shows she still has to kind of listen to him if it involves work, but also that she's having an impact on him and is some of her mannerisms are rubbing off on him. But considering how Toshiro is as a captain I'm sure he wouldn't ket it slide, maybe threatening even worse punishment if she doesn't.
I had a strange idea thought today for the False Blizzard where Rangiku turns a paper in the wrong way and Toshiro punishes her in the same manner she would him: Making her stand in the corner for an hour to think about it. Don't know why I thought of it... What do you think?
Maybe when the limiter isn't on him. He did receive a heavy injury from Grimmjow's fracionnes while Rangiku, and Renji were fighting opponents of equal skill and both hardly had any scratches on them.
That's the thing, it's more that she hardly "needs" to draw her sword. And Toshiro isn't all that great in combat. Because he's still young his emotions rule him in battle so he charges in without thinking example: Both times he fought Aizen.
