I doubt they will axe the X-men as they have been around for so long then again some comics had been dead for awhile in past comic eras and later brought back when interests in the Superhero Genre or the theme of the comic known for was getting popular again

Fair enough on the comic matter still if they're going to do dark storylines atleast do something thats not a storyline triggered by violating woman or men as thats the most common storyline trigger in comic right now, If it was just once and awhile we get a trigger from that kind I'd be like ''I don't like this but okay it gets a pass'' but no its like the most common thing now and it seems the female readers are more worried about characters in skimpy clothes rather then the triggers to advents that aren't cool

True but the market of both DC and Marvel has sense around 2000 gotten some idiots behind the wheels of making things for 'plot' reasons such as charater death thats mostly for shock deaths more then anything and heres one of my biggest gripes I have with comics anymore. For some fucked up logic we get writers thinking rape is a decent plot device like''Oh hey we need to make some new story to lead up to a advent comic lets have a rape of someone be the big reason this and this happened'' Or ''Oh we want hero's do something that can fit into old contuinality lets have a villian rape some hero's wife and erase not just the villian and girls mermory of it but also wipe the mind of a hero thats saying this isn't right screwing with someones head'' Among other shit like that

Well she first appeared in the cartoon before she showed up in the comics from what I heard and up till recently I've been a casual comic reader so I don't know how she is in the comics

Personally I have attachment to Clones of characters so the series that brought in a Wolverine genderbent clone she became my fave of the shoes till them my fave was Gambit as I just liked him

Its a good thing you aren't hooked on them as in comics at the moment we're in what several people call the dark age of comics do to alot of more or less pointless characters deaths for no more then shock value aswell as making alot of stuff dark,brooding and gritty so you'd be dropping comics left and right from character deaths happening so much
