Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Fair enough. Hmm well could be do to her getting hurt while traveling or mayhaps do to her not really having a place to stay and since she travels so much she might prefer using them as a way to avoid crouded areas and such. Not like there's a lot of restrooms during amless travel.
As far as Raven goes i figure it would be at first her maybe doing it as a stress relief and really getting into being padded. Basically it's a slice of life type of thing g with cuteness n it.
Jinx is more so her dealing with not really having any place she feels welcome after everything that happened and after drifting around she bumps into you.
