Hey, I saw your requirement topic on the idea on to make the FF XIV themed daycare thing and I was interested enough in it to get an idea about it relating to your OC. But I did want to talk about something that came to mind to me on it when I looked it over, so I felt that better to do via VMs than in the topic it.
Sadly, I don't think that there'd be many here that are both into FF XIV and could handle novella length RP posts. I can probably handle novella length myself even if multi-para is more my strong point than novella, with a sample of my latest writing style here if you want to see yourself:

And I'm currently a little too busy/preoccupied to try learning more about it on my own myself. But since you opened up to having "isekai / crossover" themes then I actually have an idea that could work if you want to still do something with your FF XIV character and be able to do it with me having a character that I'm able to be comfortable and enjoy playing as if you can't get the daycare idea running due to lack of people joining it.
Basically my idea is to have a FF XIV x Neptunia isekai crossover. Either your character would be brought over into the Neptunia world of Gamindustri (which is a world that's themed around the game industry and is very female orientated as a world as all major characters baring a few cases are females) or one of the Neptunia characters can come over to Eorza, and things would unfold from there. It'd help with teaching the other RPer about basic concepts behind the new world they're in because the character would be new there as well. It'd be simple to come with an excuse with how it's even possible on the Neptunia side of things, as it can be claimed it happened because of dimensional shenanigans that the Neptunia series likes to do. Overall though, I'm thinking it'd mostly be a light and fluffy slice-of-life RP with some ABDL elements thrown in as well.
I'm not sure if you'd be interested in it as I admit that it's a shot in the dark for me, but at the very least I figured I could at least give you the idea and see if you liked it or not. And to have you keep me in mind if it did. And of course, you can ask if you have questions or concerns you want to work out and I'll do my best to help.
Edit: I only just saw now that you don't really care for mommies or F/F RPs in the side bio, so I now know that this is even more of a shot in the dark thing that I offered. But I'll still leave the offer up just in case you do happen to be interested in it. I'll be completely fine if you turn it down so don't worry about it if it's not to your taste, I'd rather you be happy than doing something that you'd hate.
