No potty training.
I steer towards sensory toys like rattles, those puzzle spheres/cubes, that toy where you press a button and an animal pops out. I also like blocks and plushies. And blankets, if those count.

Wetting and messing is natural, but spare the details on the latter and keep it to a minimum as much as possible.
Hell yeah, I like baby toys.

Some sort of an actual plot or "end goal", nothing sexual, and no hyperfocus on the diapers and diapers usage.
They're allowed, obviously, but the RP shouldn't primarily focus on them.

Based off the other Psychonauts trend here, Raz goes inside Lilis mind out of too much curiosity, and finds Lili likes to regress inside her mind. Going inside her mind unexpectedly and catching Lili in a vulnerable, and usually, personal state messes with her brain, causing Lili to involuntarily teeter between her normal self and a regressed mindset in the real world. Which is hard to hide when she begins having accidents, having motor difficulties, being overly emotional and clingy to Raz. To help his girlfriend, Raz takes the responsibility of babying Lili to get it out of her system and appease her mind and go back to normal.


At camp, Lili likes to regress in secret without anyone else knowing. She is caught by Milla unexpectedly one day, but being Milla, she accepts Lilis secret hobby with no judgment, and even offers to watch her if she would like or need to be. Even finding ways to let Lili be outside regressed without the other agents or campers finding them.

My personal favorite and based on a fanfiction I'm writing, but with a twist, Lili decides to enact revenge on Norma for hazing her boyfriend, and set her pants leg on fire. Truman catches her, and is none too pleased to find his daughter attempting arson. As an attempt to teach her some self-control and to make sure she doesn't get in further trouble, he enlists Agent Vodello and Second Head Forsythe (A personal ship of mine) to watch Lili for the day. Lili isn't pleased herself with this arrangement, and make a few sassy comments about not being a baby, anymore, and not needing to be babysat. Needless to say, when Milla and Hollis get Lili home, Milla decides to show Lili the true meaning of being "baby"sat.

My personal favorite is after Dr. Loboto kidnaps Milla and Sasha, the removal of their brains causes them to revert to a more infant mindset. Oleander warned Loboto ahead of time of this, so after removing the agents brains and poking fun at and studying their younger behavior, he wastes no time diapering and dressing the two, leaving Sheegor to watch over the two to get back to work.
