Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Actually I'm kinda fine with either male or female. If you're fine with it, could you play a female doctor instead? As for how they know each other, I'm thinking that she's been going to him for a few months at least.
I think drugs would work as well for why it happens. What about the effects or do you want to handle them when we get there and you can make them up as we go?
So I have a few ideas that I want to do for a new rp. The first idea is my character would be a normal young adult girl who goes to her doctor for her normal check up. However, her doctor wants her to be like a little girl and starts to do things to her to make her slowly become more like a little girl, starting with her potty training.
The second one is that my character lives in a world were people who reach 18 years old needs to take a test to prove their adulthood. My character fails hers, and she is made to lose her potty training and some other things as she's made to be more like a baby. She's then assigned to a caretaker to tend to her every need as she tries her best to live as adult of a life as she can given what happened to her.
The final one is that my character comes upon a abandoned manor or daycare and enters it to look inside it. The longer she stays there, the more like a baby she becomes.
