Hmmm. On the neighbor one... maybe someone moves into the neighborhood. Maybe attractive and needs help with the moving truck. Or a package gets delivered to the incorrect address with diapers or something along those lines. Sparks the neighbor's curiosity. Maybe the person has designs to get the neighbor into a big baby role.

I'm thinking the stress resort is for someone dealing with feeling old. Like mid-life crisis. And finds a pamphlet for a resort that talks about feeling young again, feeling rejuvinated, and of course the person doesn't have a clue about the nature of the resort. And hmm... lotsa avenues it could go.

An estate sale or garage sale with some sorta corruptive item for sale.

A stress relief project that is really about turning one into a big baby.

Always considered like a reverse 'Big' scenario here you end up waking up a teen baby.
