Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

I would say it would start out with them being only friends but their relationship could develop into becoming lovers. Ino blackmailing Hinata is a good idea, but I think it would be Ino's kink and not Hinata's, at least at first. Hinata would be resistant at first but eventually come around to enjoy being diapered, then it would be her kink as well.
Well I don't know about you but I like RPs with some teasing and humiliation. I'd like to do something where Ino diapers Hinata. Ino would clearly be in control, and Hinata would not really mind it, but she wouldn't really want it too. She'd just have to eat it up and deal with it. I haven't come up with a scenario yet, though.
