Also while on MLP;FIM matters Cadence in the comics has at a point been written as in a way where she can weaponize love .. yes weaponize it against enemy's and she has a sort of jaded outlook on love related matters as apparently her power of love in the comics makes her sense and feel love of all sorts of matters both the good things and the evil things of love including those who love to do horrible deeds …

Granted when dealing with Tempest after she was reformed she even admitted if it was up to her she'd have most likely after getting everything Tempest knew most likely have done Tempest in and done the same with most of the other ''reformed'' bad guys like Starlight Glimmer for example... In fact Cadence out of all the Princesses seem to in fact but the one that is the most cut throat and savage of all them... She would sooner kill enemies rather then imprison them let along banish them or reform them given anything else and you'd be giving them ways to do the same thing and worse again … Its honestly Ironic Luna isn't the most cut throat and savage given how her time was way more ruthless but even she sees Cadence as rather worrisome
