Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Their motivation may be that the universe is fine the way it is, and right now its creator is a greater threat to it, and as a method of simple threat neutralization, is using the divine battery machinery as a way to neutralize him, and other Demigods, without hurting them.
We can probably abstract a D20 system. Let me try creating some attributes:
HP: How many hits you can take.
Attack: How accurate are your physical attacks (Tackle, Pound, Earthquake, Flare Blitz, etc)
Special Attack: How accurate are your special attacks (Water Gun, Thunderbolt, Blizzard, etc)
Defense: How easily can you shrug off physical hits
Special Defense: How easily can you shrug off special hits
Speed: How fast are you? Also can be used to dodge attacks.
Attack rolls are 1d20 rolls opposed by the target's Defense or Special Defense (10 + (Special) Defense attribute.) The target is allowed to make a Dodge roll, modified by their Speed attribute, with a DC equal to the attack roll.
Low-accuracy moves can apply a penalty to hit.
Moves that never miss (such as Swift) cannot be dodged and automatically deal damage.
On a hit, the target takes HP damage equal to the severity of the move:
0 HP Severity: Offensive debuffs that never deal damage, such as Leer or Poison Powder.
1 HP Severity: Moves that would do 45- damage in-game
2 HP Severity: Moves that would do 50-95 damage in-game
3 HP Severity: Moves that would do 100-120 damage in-game
4 HP Severity: Moves that would do 125-150 damage in-game
5 HP Severity: Moves that would do 150+ damage in-game
Effects that have a secondary chance of happening on a percentile still work the same, and are decided on a d100.
Our characters should start out with 1 in all attributes, and have 10 points to freely spend. As they 'level up' this will be represented by more points.
I like the idea, and we can definitely build off of it. I'm thinking this could be caused by a villain seeking to usurp Arceus and alter/dominate/do something to the universe. In so doing, he has a machine/spell/power/something that can drain Legendaries of most of their power, and certainly their ability to alter reality, as demigods. Effectively turning them into living divine batteries, in a way that doesn't injure or incapacitate them. However the progressive incontinence and diaper dependence is a completely unintended side-effect.
For other pokemon, they would see a Legendary, but since they're not absolutely massive, or manifesting some insane, godly power, they would probably just see them as a rare pokemon.
Will you be making the caretaker? If so, you can decide who they are and what they're like.
Well the idea is a straight fantasy setting, like you like. The basic idea is that my character gets trapped into a dungeon where she finds a weapon that was made to slay a certain evil god that has been causing trouble in the world for awhile. However once my character pulls out the weapon, the spirit emerges out of the sword (That he resides in but can manifest as a humanoid when he wishes) and tells my character that the dungeon she's in was made to train the chosen one that finds it in how to use the weapon.
However though she won't be told about it, the dungeon also will be conditioning her to be someone that can be compatible with the energy that the sleeping goddess that made the dungeon gives off so she can receive it as a power boost. Among other things, that means slowly removing her potty training as the strain of the goddesses's power destroys it.
