I would say Anko just left the bar and she's stumbling through the village, perhaps she hits a left out cart, or tree, pot, something, and hits it drunkenly causing a little noise, or she falls over, getting my character's attention. Like an accident causes him to check out the scene, and that's when he observes Anko.

Hmmm could go with a similar type to my OC then, but perhaps slightly older and wise to the way of many famous ninja families. I'd be down for that. My character is just visiting an area with a healing spa or something and happens to bump into Sarada. That would be cute :3

The time skip looks like her hair is modeled after Orochimaru, which is kinda neat. But doesn't make her character look too good.

Hmm I could play just a normal dude in some village, doesn't have to be Konoha. That idea is kinda cute. Perhaps she wears diapers and she knows it happens only after using her sharingan too much. We could play around with their being an issue in my character's village as she gets there and he takes her in, when the others don't like strange visitors?

I have no clue what the focus would be on in future Boruto, but I figure we could make something work.

And while he's talking to her, she passes out, then we can skip to the morning. :3

Heh that would be cute. He sees her stumbling home and decides to help her inside. She goes into her home with the door wide open, so he rolls his eyes and makes sure she gets to be safely. But she starts stripping down and trying to put a diaper on herself, while mumbling until she passes out.

Perhaps many things have been secret, and he checks on her in the morning to see how she reacts to him knowing she wears diapers.
