Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Hm. Not sure I see the point of replacing toilets with diapers, in that you have to go to the diaper, put it on, and use it.
But I seem to agree with most of what you've brought up. If your interested in Pokemon, YuGiOh, Zootopia, Incredibles, Fallout, or Harry Potter, I'd be happy to do those as well.

Glad to hear so. Like I said, I think it could lead to some interesting conflict, since girls need to work diaper changes into their life schedules, and the ubiquity of diapers changes society in ways.
More specifically, I can see things like DW getting annoyed that she has to wear diapers whilst her brother gets to use the potty. Arthur needing to go potty and having to use on of his female friends nappies in an emergency. Maybe even diaper envy on Arthur's part? It might be interesting to have him have a diaper fetish in this world of diaper girls, and see how he handles it.
Oh, and another idea to throw out there (that can really work with any RP setting) was one where toilets don't exist and people use diapers, but they don't wear them 24/7. Instead, you go to a changing room, put on a diaper, and use it, then change out of it.
