Super, I’m thinking Izuku would probably be reluctant to use his power on other people because it essentially turned his mom into his daughter when it first awakened.

I’m also thinking because of this he was able to learn skills to take care of her young. I’m also thinking anyone who’s under his care doesn’t remember ACTING babyish, only the diapers and power boost, so while Inko would play with her son when she’s a baby, when she’s not around him and is in an adult mind, she remembers it as playing her son.

Example: When she’s alone with Izuku and hits her hip on the corner she starts crying like a baby and Izuku comforts her, but when she looks back on it when she’s in her adult mind she remembers it as Izuku just fussing over her and being worried about her.

Also, what do you think of when Izuku upgrades All Might, she becomes the ninth holder of One for all, meaning she gets all the quirks and benefits that come with being the ninth holder.

Izuku would just gain the power of the eight holder, which to be fair, SUPER impressive. And with all his other quirks? Forget about it. Let’s see the battle between him and All For One now.

Also do you want the memory aspect to extend to people thinking the affected ones have always been diapered or does it sound more fun to have them just develop incontinence?

And I’m thinking it maybe restores the affected to peak pshyical condition?

Super, how do you think All Might would be able to teach the class if she’s babyish when around Izuku? Maybe it only works when the affected one is around Izuku and anyone else in the vicinity is affected by Izuku.

Meaning that if All might was alone with Izuku and Ochako, she would be normal(aside from the diaper) but is she was alone with Izuku and Ochako, who was ALSO under Izukus care, both the girls would be babyish.

Also what if he accidentally used his power on Inko, and that’s how he found out about his power?

Idea: What if he brings Mei under his care to make bracelets for the villains so they stay babyish even when they aren’t around Izuku?

My thoughts exactly. I’m not thinking Izukus one of the only men with a quirk, he’s just one of few men in comparison.
