Well then, Jubilee is perfect for your thought. For canon wise she is a orphan that ran from the system and despite at a point being around people that cares about her she has yet to be adopted... She also has major abandonment issues and fear of being left behind where she has been written as she'd do just about anything to keep those close to her around. Add to that after the Marvel advent M-Day which depowered mutants she was depowered and thus she was depressed and thought something was majorly wrong with her in the head for wanting powers again. Then later on she was turned a vampire for awhile. Finding a coven to be with to get her craving for human blood under control and to learn to consume animal blood

So anyway Given all the factors here we could go with either after M-day she is down and depressed badly and Freda could possible pick up why and end up turning Jubilee both to help her cheer up and adopt her .. Or after Jubilee was turned she taken in by her . Leading to in both cases it becoming clear how well Jubilee responds to the motherly affection and care , maybe even showing how she is very willing to do nearly anything Freda wants from her and that will make Freda happy almost like a child ... leading to infantile things and Freda maybe even deciding to keep babying Jubilee

Oh that could be neat and I have a idea for this, that is if you'd be open to dabbling abit in the Marvel comic universe as that reality has alot of blooodsuckers and my fav of a specific age Character had a stint as a Vampirette(Vampirette is a technical term for a young female vampire) So that could be fun to play with in a scenario

Just looked it up to ensure I seen it as the name was familiar and yes I have, It also does have promise for a rp , unsure how to use it for a rp of our type though..

Good also sorry bout the pacing it'll get better and not rushing once who you play and I play meet , so I did a rather easy in. Also the cheese matter is a three way reference. Its referencing the new Ducktales canon of the rescue Rangers of atleast Gadget being at one time seemingly a lab type of rodent, thus playing with the old stereotype of lab rodents be they mice or rats getting regularly Cheese to eat, the old mouse in the maze cheese matter and how in the Rescue Rangers cartoon we had one of them be hopelessly addicted to cheese
