Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Ah I see. Maybe the Dialga of this timeline is looking for her with the intent to destroy, as temporal anomalies cannot be allowed to continue, only to have a change of heart when he discovers the disturbance.
Not Arceus, I imagined it would be some other pokemon who would be Giratina's caretaker and partner, the two being big damn heroes who are going to save the world. Arceus is in the background and is irrelevant to the story. Dialga is a looming threat, an oncoming storm, like how 'winter is coming' in Game of Thrones. He isn't actually one, but to Gira he is.
We can work out the details. Maybe diaper usage is inherent to the area or the world, either through kinkiness, or necessity. I think the core of the idea, that glitch pokemon are slowly unraveling the world, is a good one. Furthermore, Giratina might have knowledge that Dialga is searching for her, having no way of knowing he's there to help and not to finish what he started.
I imagine that what ever world she wakes up in, the local pokemon will have no knowledge as to what Giratina is.
The idea has merit but continuing the themes of diapering might get repetitive. In my opinion, if we take a more broad and open-ended genre while keeping AB(DL?) themes secondary will keep things fresh.
Say...Giratina is effectively in stasis in the Distorition World, as you say. When Dialga's lie is revealed, she is released. Except things go wrong, through no fault of anyone, and Giratina is shunted through the multiverse into another world, under the threat of Glitch pokemon, whose mere presence has caused numerous distortions in the world (no pun intended.) Most notably, literally everyone is incontinent.
