Basically its been a long standing fanon that most Pegasi in Ponyville are too busy either from Jobs or from kids to teach one random Pegasi Filly

Humm was thinking introduce Rainbow to the other Mane 6 ponies that are already in Ponyville maybe even Rainbow mentioning how they meet and became friends when asked and afew other embossing storys in terms of Flutters then move onto the next scene if that sounds good?

Oh hadn't ever truly noticed that minor details in Rugrats … Interesting thing to note but I agree my friend on that... Maybe we can use that as a basis for the rumor of her being a diaper wearer started in Ponyville from finer and keener eyed ponies noticing that fine detail in her stance

Also yeah I brought in a reference to Scoots and her Flying trouble.. I made her be just barely not as good as Flutters and I used one Fanon of why Scoots is never said to have a teacher in flight … One that still jives with the fact we have conformation Scoots has parents aswell as Aunts

Meh I was a 90's kid..but had seen a lot more 80's cartoons then 90's for varies reasons still never realized how often Rainbows was in 80's Ip's till I started comparing to the 90's cartoons I have seen over the years and it was a great deal of Rainbow's in the 80's

Also thinking on Halloween abit made me thinking on how the first more 'modern' Horror movie I seen when younger around this time was one of the '' Nightmare on Elm Street '' films which lead me to watch the whole series in the IP( still need to read all the comics in the canon though) and how the remake of it more or less completely botched the Horror Movie IP as elements left up too the viewer in the originals was instead stated as it was this and not that. For example the old films left it unclear if Freddy Krueger was a pedo or child killer if not both when alive... Yet the Remake make it where Freddy was indeed a Pedo among other things that made it in a way darker yet lamer then the originals... also the CGI in the new one seems like it was the cheaper kind or something given even when it was released both fans and none fans for the most part agreed the recreated scenes in CGI was a miss and looked like crap compared to the movie magic of the old films that while not always 'practical' was still in general a lot better looking ….Also do you know its canon Evil Dead, Nightmare on elm street and Friday the 13th share the same universe? Yeah its a thing and by proxy you got other horror IP's that are linked in one way or another to those three...

Oh and speaking of Ip's I realized the 80's had a lot of shows with rainbows shown quite abit in them in some fashion in programing for both boys and girls granted the girl focused Ip's still had rainbows show up more then the boy focused programs but it still is something I realized … Thought it might be something of note to tell you

One Bunny looks at her differently, while the bunny acted more like they had a more special bond for the short time this specific Bunny was on scene so I took it and others have to as implying it is Angel or atleast one of his oldest living offspring that Flutters cares for …
