Hell I'm even big on X-Men comics and the spins off X-Men comics spawned and a lot of evil shit they have done as I may be a big fan of them but the mutant Heroes have down a lot of evil deeds that actually justify the baseline humans fears and most of the hate if looking at the fact in Marvel comics have it canon from the first X-Men comic to now has only been 5 years in Marvel comics main universe/timeline/earth that they have been around and the heroes are just about as bad as the villains in some ways

Also something that really bothers me is the fact its heavily implied that Brainwashing is legal in MLP;FIM canon as in the ep '' keep calm and flutter on'' Twilight actually talks about using a ''reform spell'' on Discord thus the implications of a "Reforming Spell" which translates to more or less'' Brainwashing via magic '' and the spells are in library books anyone could get ahold of thus we have a brainwashing spells are legal implication there

Though now that I think about it taking in the fact all the unsettling matters of Twilight knowing or atleast knowing about absolutely terrifying spells that allow her to ''assume direct control '' which more or less allow her to play God in some fashion means if If Twilight ever turns evil, Equestria and the surrounding lands populace is basically up shit creak without a paddle.

So have you noticed in afew eps of mlp;fim that they truly referenced the MLP comics? one of the clearest Refences I know in in the ep ''Pony Point of View'' as the remark of Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy having a school reunion among lesser noticeable ones … The show staff actually seemed to had been trying to tie show and comic canon together at varies points..

Heck speaking of the ep''Pony Point of View'' interesting bit of meme history related to it that may or may not have been referenced in the ep .. this factoid is quite a ways back, rarity fighting a giant enemy crab was a thing .. it was everywhere artwork everywhere. Fanfics .. People joking about it.. Heck it was even on one of the biggest MLP conventions exclusive comics once... I forgot the one in question it was from but well it was a comic that was either exclusively made for a convention or was a exclusive variant ..sorta like anime and comic conventions with exclusive items you can only get there be it a freebie thing or exclusive merch

Also you know the first mlp;fim ep intro about ponies shunning the night .. Well you might find this thought interesting ;If Equestria's history mimics some of ours, then I know that in medieval times in real life, people used to think that the night air was toxic. They were in fact so terrified of this belief they held of the night and darkness , they would completely shut their homes to huddle together. Nobody would want to go out at night, they would board up their windows and sleep surrounded by thick curtains. If Equestria used to be like this, then I could see why Luna would get so upset on her being the ruler of the night, because it wouldn't just be about ponies needing sleep, they would actually hide from the night which would make her feel like total crap.

Yeah while in context even including the season 9 of MLP;FIM thing Discord had done he hadn't been shown canonly to do anything as bad as the Mane 6 atleast not intentionally.. Granted he took a big risk in Season 9 and it felt like how he was written in that season was major character sabotage as if you look at everything he was written to have done with the season 9 info it really paints him as not really changed much if at all sense he was unsealed and like he was playing aswell as manipulating everyone from the start .. All we had confirmed in the cartoon prior was he did random stuff that just made others lives inconvenient but livable even when he teamed up with Tirek it seemed like that wasn't nearly as bad other some of the things the Mane 6 had did

Anyway another matter I kinda want to suggest is if we make it too season 9 stuff that we could maybe make the Grogar matter actually be truly Grogar.. As not only would it actually make more sense for this to truly be a villians plot it'd also make sense for Grogar to weaponize Friendship and working together as that's kinda how and why he was defeated in G1 was from friendship and working together .. Plus its a thing he was the Ruler of the land originally in G1 before his defeat so there is that kind of thing we could also therefore work with as a added drive for him as he could want belonged to him back .. It could even be like a plot point of him actually arguing to the ponies and the rulers in a logic based matter that Equestria as a whole was far safer under his rule for no truly extreme threats happened nearly as much as they have under Pony rule.. Because looking at the facts all of G4's advents happened in Universe in the Span of 2 years was said by the staff in Season 6 so maybe 3 years at best all the Advents at season 9's two parter that was right before the epilogue ep

Oh and you known Technically speaking thanks to MLP;FIM cartoon heavily implied that the Doctor from ''Doctor who'' had regenerated as a pony that would mean Equestria is earth
