Well, for Fairy Tail,

I thought of an idea involving Erza. Basically, she finds either a magical artifact or a cursed armor that not only renders her incontinent, but reality is altered so everyone around her thinks she's always needed diapers.

I also thought of one where Mirajane babies Lucy to help her relax after a stressful mission.

And for RWBY:

I like the idea of Ruby or Winter babying Weiss to make up for the childhood she never really got to have.

I also thought of an RP idea taking place after the Fall of Beacon, with Blake being there for Yang, and Yang needing diapers with all the injuries she sustained (whether she still has her arm depends on what you want).

And one where Pyrrha and Nora end up as partners at Beacon, but here, Nora needs diapers, and when Pyrrha finds out, Nora sees if she wants to try wearing them to deal with the stress of all the fame she has.
