Okay! What should the girls uniform look like? I already have an idea as to what the boys uniform should look like.

Alright! Should it just be bart or both bart and Lisa?

So here are my ideas:

1.) The school enforces uniforms which look quite babyish. Bart or Lisa or both are forced to wear them. This leads to them being put back in diapers.

2.) Bart confesses to someone that while he enjoys wearing tighty whities, he wants to wear diapers instead. This leads into him being put back in diapers.

3.) Bart is sent to live with the Flanders to improve his bad behavior. This leads to him being put back in diapers and having his clothes chosen for him every day.

4.) Lisa gets a new frilly dress but it looks very babyish. Bart teases her for it and offers to put her in a diaper with the new dress. She agrees but only if he wears a diaper too.
