Oh God yes them keeping the charade would be fun and trap Midoryia in having to be basically padded do to public perception and MT. Lady sees it as a plus as she gets to care for someone and keep Midoryia from possible harm

Humm well I have been going back and furth on Mt. Lady on how she'd answer the question.. Would you like more technically telling the truth that Midoriya is special needs and she found him in possible danger if left alone? As Midoryiya could I think be classed as special needs for how often his gifted quirk keep injurying him when used.. not saying it still does but can if pass his bodies threshhold of handling the power he puts into it
Also any preference how I play ochaco for the time she is around .
. Oh and do you mind temp playing Mina as needed ? I'd repay that by doing similar for you
