Would it be a too big ask for Apple Bloom to be secured to her crib by some means (swaddle, or straps attached to her mittens and booties) for naptime, and to have her binky back? I'd love her to feel like a little infant who can't even stand

Don't you think Littles should be secured to the conveyor belt for safety? Even an enthusiastic Little who likes being babied can fall off and get hurt if left to wander :P

The AI can just consider her a last minute sign up, and guide them each to a processing room. Applejack thinking it's the exit.

Can there be sort of a processing area where they get their attires changed their to the AI provided one (even forcibly if needed, hehe) before they are led to their assigned rooms? (yes, I'd like to get them separated at first, so Apple Bloom has no idea her sister's staying too, or how she hates it here)

Well you said you'd control the AI, and I definitely want to play Apple Bloom
But we can do it in pairs, you baby Apple Bloom as the AI and I baby Applejack as the AI

Wiki says Apple Bloom is "school age", and another source said she's roughly 10 years old in human years. Another put her at 6 years at the start of the show and Applejack at 21. So Applejack can be a full adult, but Apple Bloom is definitely a schoolkid.

And yes, I was thinking Apple Bloom maybe likes being babied and cared for, because she's missing when she was little and she was pampered (in more ways than one)

While Applejack is not recognized as her caretaker, being her sister, so she's processed too as a fellow kid.

Teenager as in, 18, while Apple Bloom is truly Little, like elementary schooler.

Potty breaks would be reserved for nice babies. Since I don't like torturing Little Littles, Apple Bloom would naturally be allowed potty breaks if she signals not wanting to use her diaper (doing the potty dance) Even when she's pacified, sounds of obvious distress will prompt its removal. Nursery will be programmed to keep her a happy and safe little baby, since she's harmless.

For Applejack on the other hand, until she learns to behave, toilet denial will be a very possible punishment, as she will be seen as a Teen Baby, and they need stricter treatment (according to the AI)
