You want her to be made a adult toddler or mentally regressed

It could go one of two ways the first being that when going to the store she sees a little girl and her single father shopping she is crying about being taken out of diapers and put in pull-ups kitty goes to help him and tries to convince her they are cool and just like thinner diapers then she is asked to prove it and ends up not wanting to upset her


The other way is the villains are sick and tired of losing to her and call a truce until they can invent something to deal with her what they come up with is a cartoon that they made that has hidden commands for just her it is a bunch of toddler commands with each episode and the commands are made to slowly turn her from super spy to a toddler that ends up adopted
