Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Oh, I love those kinds of levels. I myself go into either they're a bit older but a potty rebel or want to use the potty earlier and somehow always fail(either because they forgot to put their diapers/pull-ups out or couldn't hold it).
It even works for the rp, maybe Kagami even tries to be a mommy as a hero to learn how mommies are so she can try to one up Marinette in some "grown up" stuff. Maybe even acting a bit childish as a hero at first because of that
I think she maybe tries to stop it at first when she realizes she's going to fully "baby" her, but then Kagami maybe talks her about how she's been working too hard and needs this(maybe in contrast to something Marinette told her before she started to mommy her) and gives up and let's her do it.
I think a reveal works, but it would be way into the rp, maybe even by accident or something
Well, I was thinking while they're heroes, since Marinette normally has to fix all of the problems by capturing the akuma and also find out what her miraculous needs her to do when she uses it. She's in a bigger stress, so Kagami as a hero notices and maybe starts to, slowly, baby more and more ladybug without realizing it's her mommy because hero identities and that
