Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Yes, there's not really anything else outstanding, when it comes to share use, beyond that for most normal-day activity. Also since you're okay with Plutia taking a more motherly role, we can also have the flawed CPU memory make it so that Noire has a much harder time with getting herself mature, so she'd be pretty locked in at being at her babyish point for a lot longer than Plutia was.
I think it'd be fun if they were rich and treated it kinda like a sport. They found a lead on where he was hiding, pin him down, put him in a gigantic masterball pamp and force him to use it!
For Gardevoir, I'm thinking she'd be overprotective because she considers him a baby psychic compared to her might. She treats him like he's incredibly dumb like a newborn baby and actively delights in cutely embarrassing him. Lots of nursery rhymes and smiles.
As for Tsareena, I imagine she's the cook and the more serious of the two, dedicated to the practical aspect of turning a powerful trainer and psychic into a diaper-dependent mush-tush
It's OK! I'm thinking it'll be a straightjacket whenever gardevoir isn't present or he's been naughty, maybe some spreader bars just for funsies~ I imagine they'd both be pretty striiiiict~
And for the the flawed CPU memory, I'm willing to think up and take other ideas for it if you want but the main thing for it for right now would be that it would make the CPU that becomes one from it unable to form their own kind of share energy. So they wouldn't be able to set up a nation but instead have to link themselves with another nation's energy by being gifted the energy. Which in Noire's case, I'm thinking it would be her having Plutia giving her some of her own share energy and linking her to Planeptune.
So the two would then have a reason to stay together even after Noire becomes a goddess because Noire would have to depend on Plutia giving her share energy anytime she needs to use some from that point on. And as her body will find it almost impossible to hold in any share energy that is given to her (so beyond the core base amount that she needs to remain a CPU and get the core benefits from it such as immorality, she'd constantly leak any share energy that was given to her and lose it), making it so that Noire would be unpowered and unable to even transform outside of the few times Plutia gives her that short-lived energy. And I can see it leading Plutia to become a bit more like Noire's mommy at that point since Noire would need the extra care and attention from her, if you want it to.
