But I did have an idea.
You know the scene in those cop movies where the cartel members hand their newest initiate a line of coke/a prisoner/a bundle of weed and say something like "Snort this line of cocaine/kill this snitch/smuggle this across the border to prove you ain't a narc." Or for a more historical example:

I can imagine the cartels here in this setting are similar with demands like, "Use this diaper", "Shove this dildo up your ass," etc. in addition to the "kill this snitch" "do these drugs" "smuggle these drugs" initiation demands.
