Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

We could have it to where he has a limit to how much paint he can produce a day and absorb like all might and his time limit so he can’t just grow truly op but giving him a fair shot against enemies like able but not removing the threats like scp 682 and enemies of the foundation like the church of the scarlet king and marshal carter and dark so he always has a need to grow and improve his weeknesses on top of his strengths
I have more of a idea on how the heroes paint anomaly one with him being able to gain powers and absorb other sources of paint the more high quality it is the stronger he can buff his creations and himself the best paint can make creations permanent and he can replace limbs and stuff gaining popularity from foundation scientists as they run tests on just what his creations can replicate trying scp 500 or 999
