If she rages and passes out that would be an easy way to get her diapered up.

Oh and on your question it depends on what you count as a major player as some mutants that had major roles or big roles in the past still got depowered but for one reason or another afew regained powers

An idea just popped up that they could do some type of exchange like Vegeta goes to U6, and Kale comes to Earth to learn, but Vegeta was in an area by himself so when they switch, Kale isn't sure where to go or something?

Well yes and no on House of M matter it to a lot of people made it for several characters just more convoluted and depressing atleast judging by the chatter on the net when I look around on things related to House of M... To me House of M was depressing though for sure given the aftermath just put Jubilee further through the ringer and left her in Canon deeply depressed for a long time. She even if I recall right felt like something was wrong with her mentally because most depowered mutants enjoyed not being mutants yet she hated being a average human being and longed to be a mutant again... That's where and why her Wondra suit came in more or less to being so she could be a heroine again... Granted without her powers she was a lot more cutthroat in her Heroine work if I recall right .

Also I kinda am way behind in most of current marvel given at a point the writers they was hiring wasn't good and/or was mishandling characters in a lot of Marvel comic fans views even when talking new characters .

Neither of them have any character. If you want to do something with Kale I’d be up for it. She can be more looked after than a wild Caulifla.

Also yes with Storm I keep referencing facts about her this time is in regards to a storyline where her age was in flux and the fact her white hair is or atleast was a genetic trait related to at one time(if it hasn't been retconned out) her having a bloodline that was mystical and closely linked to the orgins of man and she once had cat like eyes for a similar reason
