Did you ever get the chance to watch that Project Touhou anime series (See my VM dated "April 30th, 19 10:17 AM")?

How are you doing? Is it hot where you are located? It's unusually sweltering in my location with temperatures reaching in the upper nineties. On Saturday, July 20, the temperature reached 98 degrees and on Sunday it was 99 degrees! The mayor declared a heat wave emergency for the weekend and advised the elderly and those with diabetes and/or asthma to stay indoors with air conditioning. Temperatujres are still in the upper eighties or lower nineties right now! We usually get this kind of weather in the middle of August but not in July~!

Rain is good! The weather is usually cooler immediately after a good rainfall! You're lucky that you only get mid 80s in the Summer (Even in July?)!

Ninety-Five degrees would be hot but not too uncommon in my location. It happens sometimes but not too often in June (The first month of Summer usually starts off with eighty degree weather for me). August is when I get the worse, hot, dry weather - Up to 101 degrees if there are no clouds and low humidity! If there is smog (Not as bad as in Los Angeles, CA though) then it can get hot and humid (Sweltering). Ninety-Five degrees may be hot for the both of us but in Florida, it would be considered mild weather! When I visted Disney World as a child on a family vacation, the temperature reached anywhere from 105 degrees to nearly 110 degrees and it was very humid! I was getting nose bleeds often in Disney World and had to stop between rides to have it taken care of by my mom! I didn't let it stop me from having fun though (Hey, it's Disney World - The once in a life time place for a kid to have the best time of his/her life unless you're one of those lucky kids that live in Orlando or Kissimmee, the two cities in FL that are nearby Disney World)!

Ninety-five degress is hot! I thought that your location usually has cool weather since it's near Alaska. So, is your central cooling on right now or do you still have to clean out that filter first?

Things are about the same for me, more or less.


Is it hot where you are located? It's already in the mid eighties in the East coast for me and I still haven't cleaned out my wall AC (I have to carefully carry it out of the box that is built into a wall in my apartment, clean it out and then place it back into the box). It's a 6,500 BTU wall AC that weighs around 400lbs (It's heavy but not too heavy that I need help from another person to lift it)! I seem to recall that you said that you have central AC/heating in your house, so I guess there's really not much for you to do to prepare for the Summer other than to clean out the filters in each of the openings of your ventilation ducts.
