Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Abuse and neglect frequently go hand in hand. So you probably come from a family with at least one addict parent, constantly having to be aware of how your actions set them off otherwise they would beat you and lock you in your room with basic things. Someone outside the family notices and Protective services come and take you. After an evaluation you wind up at the facility.
Unfortunately the idea is mostly a setting. I am open to ideas.
The main principle though is a patient enters and is assigned a doctor and a "parent" sometimes these are the same person. It works largely like a mental ward or a halfway house where you live in the location with your parent caring for you and the doctor monitoring your regression.
