Question: would Haruka possibly react better to cloth nappies or cloth pull-ups with cutesy prints, since those resemble and feel more like panties?

#3 means she would only have to go in her diaper if she's left alone: if her mom's working, has business outside their home, or during nighttime. Otherwise, she'll be there to let her out, since she doesn't like changing dirty diapers a whole lot. The diapers will mostly be there for the cuteness factor and so she doesn't have to throw away everything and come running if Haruka has to go (and so she can't make a mess of her clothes/room in defiance)

My intention was not to confuse or scare you, if anything I wanted to clear things up and offer a chance to customize the scenery to better fit your character.
I tend to be invested in my RPs, I love details, and I like it even more if the story makes sense. The more I have to work with, the better the result usually gets.
Both #2 and #3 offer a nice duality to the RP, keeping Haruka stirctly diapered and helpless, a lot of the time (if you want to, all the time) in restraints and maybe even gagged, but on the other hand, also pampering her and making sure she's as comfortable and cared for (other than than diapers and personal freedom, of course) as possible.
If #2 is your pick, then let's confirm it here and now, and I'll start writing the beginning, no more questions asked
