Well several honestly will need to look abit to list all but I know a majority of what Cartoon network had aired from 1993 to 2010 and afew after that
As for Nick mines way more Spotty but I seen nearly all the animated stuff on it from the start of the nick toons in 1991 to sometime in 2007 I stopped keeping up with the cartoons after that
While the Hub network when it was around a nice chunk of its stuff was old quired cartoons from the 80's and 90's with some new stuff I seen a decent number of the stuff it had on it honestly before it died

Well I know this is a sorta nitpick but Doug that's sorta a yes and no on it being a Disney product as it Started on Nick but later on it migrated to Disney with 3 new seasons and a Movie made for the series... So um yeah that's a awkward and strange situation for a cartoon as rarely does things like that actually ever happen
Still none of these you listed really interest me rp wise... Mainly for reasons on how the IP's are though I admit I have some ideas for Rugrats given how Angelica kind of deserves a dose of Karma as even in the spin-offs she barely had gotten karma for her behavior

Anything that's not been on Disney channel ? Nothing wrong with mainly watching stuff that showed up on Disney just I am noticing a pattern with all you listed all of them have been on Disney and I am interested if you watched much of anything cartoon wise that hadn't been on Disney channels …
Anyway out off the onces you listed so far Lilo & stitch, Kim possible , American dragon Jake long and the Proud family interest me in rping and well they all crossed over at one point strangly not at the same time but its a fact they are in a shared world/universe anyway...

As for cartoons well that's ironic you just listed are all cartoons that have crossed over atleast once.. So we'd have plenty to work with if we wanna do a rp with them.. Though I have to ask why are those the only ones you really know? Just asking because if you are interested in looking for other cartoons I can suggest some for you depending on why you know them
