And no weiss won't bully Ruby her Blackmailing Ruby will be an excuse. You see due to being rich all your life weiss in a way was forced to grow up fast because of her father being obsessed with the dust company

So weiss seeing Ruby who is younger then herself attending beacon thinks Ruby is in a similar situation so she puts a stop to it. How? you may ask

Weiss who has connections digs up info about Ruby and she finds out that Ruby is an abdl knowing this information weiss couldn't be happier as she always wanted proof she is a better parent then her own mother
