I had a feeling we were talking about two different shows..

That's pretty far from the plot. So the main characters are all devils. One of them is a noble devil or high ranking devil by birth. She was never human. The others are her servants that she took in for various reasons all by their own free choice, though when you're dyeing it's hardly a tough decision I suppose. As a result they are born again devils or re-borns. There rolls are similar to chess pieces in how they do battle. Pretty good show. The fun kinky side is she 's technically their master and while she can order them to do anything it's ultimately of their own free will and she isn't a tyrant. Those that leave their masters become strays and are hunted and killed by either other devils, members of the church, or fallen angels.

I would suggest this one so we can do my ideas It's a pretty straight forward plot. One is mostly a fantasy of being takin in near the point of death.. the usual for that show.. the other focuses on a surviving house of the original 72 noble devil families.
