A little helpful reminder. While Final Fantasy 15 is very much a one-game, standalone moment, FF7 has had a lot of expansion, more so than FF10 or FF13. So, in addition to the main game, view the following, in this order (chronological release).

-FF7: Advent Children (film)
-Dirge of Cerberus: FF7 (game)
-Crisis Core: FF7 (game, originally released for PSP compared to PS2)

Also, the Kingdom Hearts series has some additional heroes of FF not connected with these certain games. The games themselves are fairly irrelevant, compared to the other titles, but you have to know and read about these particular characters so that viewing them in the KH games makes sense.

-Squall Leonheart (FF8)
-Rinoa Heartilly (FF8) (Not actually in the KH games, but important and connected to Squall)
-Selphie Tilmitt (FF8)
-Seifer, Raijin and Fujin (FF8)
-Vivi (FF9)

I also did a little bit of thinking. The main reason I ended up backing away from CoD was because I was sure you'd be thinking of "well, if we have some people that are superheroes or gods, why don't they just fly and pick the antagonists up, like that old comic of Superman picking up Hitler and Stalin?" Thus, I had a feeling you might think of it all as a nonstarter, especially during a setting that is built simply on military squad members pumping enemies full of lead. If we ever do decide to put it back on the table, it might have to be done by making a hybrid of the various different sub-series, like putting Modern Warfare and Black Ops into the blender.

It appears that we're going to see How to Train Your Dragon 3 today, at a 1:50 PM Eastern Time showing. There's a chance I may not be back on here until 4:30 or so.

So yeah...turns out that there are some specific days that I may pop in or out because of my work schedule and have some different days off, but I'm good to go RP today.
