Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Well I don't really know on your oc I just know at some point shed be diapered as but but kage dosent even know about tayuyas secret yet so maybe have them get into a fight and your oc finds out and makes fun of tayuya wich turns into a fist fight until I punish both of you, or is there a diffrent way you want to go about it
I see I see. What if we go with her playing has attracted some as she's in a tree in a more open area in Konoha, which I don't know how the village is set up, but may times they show areas "Inside Konoha" with forest areas. So my character hears her, and a few people listen then leave. But hours later he returns and she is still there, so he talks with her because of it? And we let the diaper secret come about as they converse?
Okay. If we want to run with something a bit more romantic/cute we could have my character simply gifted with music playing, like a stringed instrument or a flute just like her.
Okay she's in diapers already, so we don't have to worry about trying to get her into them.
She could be looking for supplies, she could let her anger get the best out of her that gets her into some situation where a ninja or other villager has to calm her or try and help her out of that situation, or my character could be Anbu who notices something odd with her and is instructed to watch her and finds out about her diapers and simply talks with her to try and get information.
