Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Because while she is technically continent, she doesn't know the proper area to go to relieve herself. So to keep from doing it in the street or out the window, that's how it happens. Also it shows things like her getting to used to the culture, learning to read and write, mingling with society, and her and John welcoming a baby in their lives. Also, Mrs. Jenkins has fond memories of taking care of John and wants to baby him as well.
For Robin Hood, I was inspired by a fanfiction I read where King Richard abdicates to make Robin and Marian king and queen. It focuses on them and their lives, especially with their children. Also, Marian has been wearing diapers since pregnancy, Robin has a little embarrassing moment that results in him having the same.
For Pocahontas, it is somewhat more aligned with the historical truth in showing her and John Rolfe's life after the sequel, and more of her getting used to the way of life in London. And she's diapered because while she's actually continent, she doesn't know how to relieve herself "properly".
