I had a couple.

One involved a sort of underground, but popular sport similar to pokemon training, that involves babying "tough" pokemon, like charizards and Machokes, and breaking them to accept their submissive baby role.

The other idea was based of of an idea I came across years ago. Revolving around Misty. Essentially, she is teaching swimming classes at cerulian, and one of her students has a weak bladder, and gets teased for the swim diapers she has to wear. In a show of solidarity and in an attempt to stop the teasing, Misty starts to wear swim diapers to the lessons she gives as well. And this leads to her discovering she had a diaper fetish, which she explores.
