I got a response earlier today from him. He said he wasn't dead, just very busy. I sent a message today asking how long he expected to be busy for but he hasn't gotten back about that yet.

Have you heard back from him yet? When did you send out the message to him?

Why make a new one? The one we have already is fine as it is.

The two choices I was thinking handling it if he doesn't get back was either 1. We just drop him from the campaign and go on without him. Making a new topic but in the same spot is an option.

or 2. We just go on and keep him in, but we don't wait on his dice rolls anymore. It helps that he just really doesn't manage to help us at all most of the time like he was never there (He doesn't even cast his spells which would help.), so we wan't notice it if he's never around to help. He can come in when he's around and add in, which makes him feel like he helps, while the rest of us can move at our more active pace.

Madness has asked me if he and I can start another D&D game like what you and I are doing to try to get in some playing in these slow moments during the RP. So yeah, I think we're about to hit our limit soon on how long the group can wait. I told him that I'm working with you to come up with something that can work out about this.

Well if it continues at this pace for a little longer, you have to look at the risk of the other's losing interest in the game as they get tired of waiting for him and move on. Just wanted to give you fair warning, so I would ask sooner rather than later if it was up to me.

Don't bother with it, it goes off and on from time to time. I'll be fine, I'll just be light on my activity for today.
