Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Basically, yeah. Still obviously male, but instead of going through puberty he simply grows through it over the first 15 years of his life, so he's kinda out of it already (and fully matured, though he'll keep growing,) but there was never a defining moment of puberty so it's not as defined as on normal teenage males.

And they are a bit... odd in appearance. At 15 He'll be around 5', give or take, but his body will not be pubescent or pre-pubescent in any way.

Exactly. That way you can still be intelligently gathering information about the universe, but in such a way that you are helpless to try and affect it.
On second thought though, I think I will keep my character out of diapers for this one. I don't think it'll fit too well.
Only the second one mattered for the example. Basically the AI has a hardwired system that provides a sort of electronic dopamine release when they perform tests, regardless of what the tests prove, but are given sharp painful jolts if they actively work against testing, and if they simply don't test they grow more and more tense and uncomfortable. I figure it could be a mental regression version of that.
Concious of herself but inclined towards juvenile behavior sounds best. (Kind of the 'uncontrollable urges' category, I'm thinking. You're aware that these are things that only children should do, but you can't help but do it. Have you played Portal 2?)
I'll be letting you age naturally, no special assistance given. You'll only be a child mentally, though, right? Because a little mentally regressed romance would be fun. (And might encourage me to keep you around for longer, intentionally hindering your aging.)
