So in short, accept false reality as true for the value of it? As bad as that sounds, it's been a profound question since the dawn of time. Epistemology aside, if I had to choose between the flat earth reality and the round earth reality, I'd immediately realize I don't have a say in the matter because the authoritative metaphysics of math and phenomenon make the final decision.
If I'm a savant for anything it's math, science and music; but this is becoming an increasingly grey area as I expand myself. I can't shake the feeling that everyone's a savant and the only thing holding people back is modern education, philosophy and politics. Brilliance doesn't survive in a world of "intellectual property" where people stick their flags in God space, but they wouldn't know because they've never felt what it is to be truly human.
Autism is different for everyone. I attribute it for setting me apart from society so I can see it for what it is, that or I'm a delusional nutcase. I'm certainly not neither
