Thinking it would go like everyone’s in diapers and as mature as babies, and they would also have machines to do things like feed them and change them. The cops would be in charge of catching criminals, but here criminals would be people who curse, bully, steal toys, stuff like that.

Thinking that the world wouldn’t have toilets anymore.

Demolition Man.

The idea is this super cop accidentally gets frozen in a police chase, and then decades later he’s able to be thawed out. Only now the world is incredibly babyish. It would be about trying to adapt to the world and still be a cop.

Side note, Idea for after Hatter is dealt with: Cassandra and maybe a few of the other hostages, walk outside where the GCPD are waiting, and Bruce Wayne rushes up and is all "Oh, thank god, you're alright." Cassandra gets in his car, and now that they're out of prying eyes, he asks how she's feeling. Then Cass looks out the window, sees Spoiler waving from a rooftop, and says "Happy."

We could also maybe add Cass sending a message to Babs saying "OMW Home now

Then we go into the epilogue.
