Well the other is the Nannys power regresses other peoples body to a toddler but still retain their adult minds yet specifific things trigger momentary regression and if a person gives into the infantile side they are doomed to either regrow up or be stuck as rather infantile forever

Well basically theres this woman thats got a twisted ideal thinking Humality is better off in a more infantile state and when her mutant gene awakens it complements her ideal as the power can regress the persons mental and control over time she chooses to call herself ''Nanny'' . Its not a complete OC set up as you can tell mainly for hardly anyone on her seems interested in the DC or marvel for rps so I only have a summery set up

If I listen to too much music or specific tunes/rythems of music I get migraines from music in those cases.

Also I know this is a crazy ideal but what if we have a malfunction in the master mold sentital where it starts producing sentitals that are made to control mutants yet its not to kill them rather in the malucation/glitch that happened the new ones are capturing the mutants and treating them like babies
