It doesnt cost anything, to get it and use it. However, I believe the origional japanese version did cost some money. However, no one has been sued yet, to my knoledge.

Yes, altho it wasn't entirely from scratch. You see, this animated gif is a actually a sprite that I made for a game that I am making with RPGMaker. I had the idea when I played the diaper games at FTT, http://www.foxtalestimes.com/Games/index.html. This is actually the default hero of RPGMaker2003 (Zack) wearing pjama's from Weston Academy, with a diaper that I drew myself. It took me quite a while first to make the sprite for my game, then to create the animated gif file out of it, which was hard to do with no free software to use, I ended up programming the computer to concatenate the images myself.
The sprite has 12 images, 3 foot positions x 4 facing directions. The animated gif file animates walking in each of these directions using 64 frames total.
